Why should I have my home Listed in the MLS? Well, there are two major benefits to being Listed in the MLS. The first is the amount of exposure to the Bergen County real estate markets that you will get. Over the past 30 or so years the National Association of Realtors (NAR) has collected data on home sales in Bergen County.
